
These painted tin ceiling tiles are from a property in New York. Originating in Soho & downtown New York in the 1850s - they were used to imitate plaster as they were cheaper, more durable - and also fireproof! Originally supplied by the roll, these have been cut down to a manageable size of 15cm x 15cm
