These painted tin ceiling tiles come from a property in New York.
Ceiling tiles originated in Soho & downtown New York in the 1850s - they were used to imitate plaster as they were cheaper, more durable - and also fireproof! Originally supplied by the roll, these have been cut down to a manageable size of 15cm x 15cm
Great as wallart, as a splashback or propped on a shelf for texture and interest
I have 18 available. You will be sent one at random. They are priced at £15 per tile.
